1) WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PURCHASES?

You can pay by card:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express
• PayPal

We do not accept cash or checks, or telephone orders. If there are any problems in creating an order, send an email to info@b-rocket.it

2) WHEN IS THE PURCHASE AMOUNT WITHDRAWN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT?

Once the bank authorizes the payment, you receive an order confirmation email, but the money is not withdrawn from your account until the items leave our warehouse to be shipped to the address you have provided.
This means that if for any reason we are unable to ship any of the items in your order, it will not be posted to your account.

3) WHY CAN MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUSED?

The credit card can be rejected for one of the following reasons:

The card may have expired. Check the validity date to avoid this problem.

You may have reached your card's spending limit. Check with the bank that the limit for the amount allowed to make purchases has not been exceeded.

Make sure you have entered all card details correctly.

If after all these checks you are unable to complete the purchase, contact your bank to resolve the problem.
